Please read the following carefully If you apply for membership of www.lwtstaff.co.uk it will be understood that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you are willing to join in with the spirit of the website, conditions explained below, the membership is free; but if you just want to come and browse, the payment of a small annual subscription of £5.00 will be required (50% of the £5.00 will go towards subsidising future reunion events for everyone to enjoy and the other 50% will go towards the costs of the website. This money will not be used for the normal day to day running of the website, which I have paid in the past and will continue to do so in the future, but will be used to buy more server space and new software, when required, so that the website can expand and improve). There will be three types of Membership as follows: Honorary Membership: Honorary Membership will be awarded to: i. Spouses or Descendants of deceased employees of LWT. ii. Carers or Relatives of employees of LWT, who access the internet for them. iii. Any person that the webmaster thinks would make a suitable Honorary Member, because of a
past connection with LWT (If you were an employee or freelancer of LWT, Honorary
Membership is not available to you, you only qualify for Life or Ordinary Membership.)
Honorary Members do not have to pay a Membership Subscription.
Life Membership: Life Membership will be awarded to: i. Any past member who made a donation during 2003/2004
ii. Any Member who is medically incapacitated. iii. Any Member who serves on the Events Committee. iv. Any Member who makes a donation of at least thirty pounds after August 31st 2007. v. Any Member who has, in the past, or in the future, posted on the Forum over 100 times. iv. Any Member who makes a major contribution to the website (ie by providing material for a
regular webpage, writing a book etc.)
Life Members do not have to pay a Membership Subscription.
Ordinary Membership The definition of an Ordinary Member is as follows: An Ordinary Member has the same access rights to the website as everyone else, but will be required to pay an annual subscription of £5.00 for membership, payable on the 1st of October each year.

- An individual Member’s Membership Status will never be revealed to anyone else, with the exception of Honorary Members who will appear as such in the Membership List.
There will no longer be a regular Newsletter, a mass mailing will only be sent out to publicise Reunion Events, so Members must visit the website to find out what is new. The Home Page has been revamped to help highlight the new content.
